Courier

All orders are shipped nationwide via The Courier Guy.

This ensures reliable door-to-door delivery across South Africa.

Delivery Timeframe

• Standard orders are delivered within 3–5 working days

• Delivery is available nationwide

• Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched

Please allow additional time during peak periods or public holidays.

Monthly Ritual Boxes

Monthly Ritual Boxes are prepared in batches.

• Orders for each box close on a specified date

• The official dispatch date will be announced once orders have closed

• Tracking details will be sent once boxes have been shipped

This allows us to prepare each box with care and intention.

Shipping Rates

• Free delivery on orders over R895

• Flat rate of R95 for orders under R895

Order Processing

Standard orders are processed within 1–2 working days before being handed to the courier.

• If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange an alternative.
