We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our returns, refunds, and exchange process.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Partial Refunds May Be Granted
Partial refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm its arrival and let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for it to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider — processing time may vary.
- Contact your bank — some refunds take a few business days to post.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, email us at [your email address] and send the item to:

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Once we receive the item, we’ll email you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Your Return

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
If you’re returning a higher-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item without tracking.
